Our family business provides efficient Rapid Mobile Legal Documents Assistance, Process Service, Unlawful Detainer, Eviction Services, and Court Courier Services to the City of Pittsburg, County of Contra Costa, and servicing the whole Bay Area. Every call is answered by a live knowledgeable agent to assist you with your request. We check all documents for completion and accuracy to the best of our knowledge, and within the authority we have, in order to process your documents successfully. We are Licensed, Registered, Bonded, and Insured. Our office offers high standards of care and service that strives to exceed our client’s expectations.

What is a Legal Document Assistant?
Effective January 1, 2000, California state law SB1417 authorized non-lawyers to prepare legal documents for people doing their own legal task.
Called "Legal Document Assistants," these people may: Distribute legal materials that have been published or approved by an attorney.

Prepare the customers' legal documents as directed by the customer, and

File customers' legal documents in the appropriate courts.

Legal Document Assistances are registered with the County where they perform services, have posted a $25,000.00 bond, and have established a minimum level of experience and/or education.
We are not attorneys. We can only provide self-help services at your specific direction. Legal Documents Preparation is provided to the public per Business & Professions Code §6400. Paralegal Services are only offered to Attorneys.
What Does a Legal Document Assistant Do?
Our mission is to provide a lower-cost Legal Alternative to Traditional Attorney services. To our community, we assist people in representing themselves to handle their legal matters in Pro-Per. We believe that self-representation is the way to keep costs down, control your life, and your legal problems. In some cases, you do not need legal training to use the courts or to manage your own legal affairs. Also, you have a constitutional right to represent yourself.
